Basic requirements

  • Reliable transportation to job sites
  • Able to pass a background check
  • Available for flexible scheduling, including some weekdays and weekends
  • Comfortable with physical work — standing, bending, and lifting up to about 25 lbs
  • Attention to detail and pride in a thorough job
  • Cleaning experience helpful but not required — we’ll train
  • Subcontractors: own transportation, supplies/equipment, and an active business license & insurance
